Dictionary Definition.
managed services provider (MSP) is most often an information technology (IT) services provider
that manages and assumes responsibility for providing a defined set of 
services to its clients either proactively or
as the MSP (not the client) determines that 
services are needed.
   
 LEVEL 1 - SIMPLY BASIC CARE...  
  • ·Each PC / Workstation will have a standard Antivirus application
  • ·Each PC / Workstation is monitored
  • ·Remediation: Updates, patches, on each PC / Workstation are automatically applied and billed separately.
  • ·Any issue that arise that are mandatory to keep the PC /workstation running automatically create a ticket and client is billed for completion of that issue.
   
 LEVEL 2 - HAPPY MEDIUM...  
  • ·Our most popular level.
  • ·Each PC / Workstation will have an advanced Antivirus application
  • ·Each PC / Workstation / device will be monitored
  • ·Remediation: Any routine updates, patches,  on each PC / Workstation which do not require intervention
  • ·60% of PC/Work station issues are resolved automatically at no additional cost
  • ·For issues that require intervention—a ticket is created, client is billed separately
   
LEVEL 3 - LEAVE IT TO "MAGIC"
