SEBEWAING, MI – March, 2025 – Abadata Computer Corporation, a leading managed technology services provider (MTSP) is excited to announce its leadership transition as Nicki Depcinski and Raymond Phillips officially take ownership of the company. Depcinski, who has been with Abadata since 2019, and Phillips, who joined in 2014 as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), will continue building on the company’s legacy while driving innovation and customer-focused growth.

The transition is the result of a well-planned succession strategy developed by founder Dave Wineman, who remains actively involved in an advisory and ownership capacity. While the transition has been made official the day-to-day operations will remain largely unchanged as Depcinski and Phillips have been integral members of the team for many years. The company will retain its 12-person team, ensuring a seamless experience for the thousands of clients who rely on Abadata for IT solutions, cybersecurity, and automation services.

Unlike sudden ownership changes that can disrupt operations, Abadata’s transition has been gradual and intentional. Depcinski has taken a hands-on approach, overseeing business operations, finance, and legal aspects, while Phillips serves as the company’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), spearheading technical strategy and innovation.

“We didn’t just wake up one morning and decide to take over,” said Depcinski. “This has been a thoughtful process, ensuring that every customer who walks through our door continues to receive the same exceptional service and expertise they’ve always known.”

As Abadata moves forward, the company remains committed to helping businesses stay ahead of the ever-evolving technology landscape. With cybersecurity threats growing, Depcinski and Phillips are focused on strengthening security solutions, ensuring that customers are protected from potential risks.

“Cybersecurity isn’t just an IT issue—it’s imperative to the longevity of our livelihoods,” said Phillips. “Our goal is to continue educating and protecting our clients while integrating advanced automation solutions to make their businesses run smoother and more efficiently.”

With a strong foundation built on word-of-mouth referrals and deep client relationships, Abadata is set to continue its legacy of excellence under its new leadership. Depcinski and Phillip’s dedication to innovation and customer success ensures that businesses of all sizes can rely on Abadata for secure, efficient, and future-ready technology solutions.
